1. Define your sales channel before the SKU list
Kitchenware distributors may prioritize dish, pot and bottle brushes; bath wholesalers may need body, back and nail brushes; private-label buyers may also require branded refill packs. Start with the channel, then select complementary products.
2. Confirm materials and brush construction
Ask for the exact bamboo or wood component, bristle material, dimensions, handle shape, hanging option and any detachable-head interface. Generic labels such as “natural brush” are not sufficient for a repeat-order specification.
3. Verify replacement-head compatibility
For refill products, check the mating geometry, attachment strength and compatibility with the intended handle. A picture of a detachable head alone does not establish compatibility with another brush system.
4. Fix the packaging and labeling brief
Decide whether you need a sleeve, box, barcode, own-brand logo or multilingual retail information. The selected product, packaging and required quantity should be evaluated together.
5. Request commercial terms per product
MOQ, lead time, pack size, finish and documentation may vary by style and order. Confirm each item before publishing product claims or placing a repeat order.
6. Plan a focused assortment for replenishment
For repeat wholesale, record agreed specifications and packaging revisions by SKU. This provides a clearer basis for later replenishment than relying on a generic product photograph or past email description.
